Pioneer Automotives reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Payments

We currently accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Raast

Payments are securely processed through PayFast.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Shipping

Orders are shipped free of charge across Pakistan and are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product Authenticity

Pioneer Automotives is the sole authorised distributor of Hengst products in Pakistan.

Customers and trade partners may request documentary proof confirming that products have been supplied through Pioneer Automotives' authorised distribution channel. Supporting distribution documentation is available for verification upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content available on Hengst.pk, including logos, images, graphics, text and other materials, is the property of Hengst and/or Pioneer Automotives and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pioneer Automotives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its products, except where required by applicable law.
