Pioneer Automotives offers free nationwide shipping on all orders placed through Hengst.pk.
Delivery Time
- Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Order Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or the incorrect product has been delivered, please notify us immediately and, where possible, before accepting the shipment.
Claims submitted after delivery acceptance may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hengst.pk shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
